I know what it means to lead through crisis, change, and reinvention. I didn't always have it figured out for myself, although I spent years coaching and helping others figure it out for themselves. While I spent over two decades working in people strategy, leadership development, career mobility, and guiding others, I was quietly surviving one of the most difficult seasons of my life.

I became a widow after becoming the primary caregiver to my husband and our children while being the sole financial provider.

After 18 months of survival mode, I recognized the version of me that I had to become no longer fit the vision I had for my life. I reinvented myself again, this time, discovering resilience in every challenge and purpose in every loss.

I leveraged my experiences, degrees, and certifications to document my journey in a memoir and developed a proprietary executive and life coaching curriculum to help others transition from merely surviving or thriving to truly dominating.

My survival season didn’t just change my life. It became the foundation of my work. Your season is here, and with intention, strategy, and a fierce commitment you can rebuild without losing yourself.

My Philosophy

As an Executive and Life Coach, I create a space where growth meets grace and truth meets transformation. I coach without judgment and believe in honest, real conversations that challenge you to rise higher. My approach is fun, no-nonsense, transparent, and supportive because real change doesn’t happen in comfort zones.

I infuse humor and humanity into every experience, helping my clients see that personal and professional growth can be both empowering and enjoyable. My coaching style is nurturing but firm. I’ll cheer you on while also holding you accountable to the version of yourself you’re meant to become.
